What the client wanted
The site was for a hair salon. The client did not have an existing website. She wanted a site where prospective customers could see what services she offered and how much they cost, what products she carried, and directions to the salon. She had little web design knowledge. She had an existing logo and an idea of what colors she wanted. She also pointed me to a site that she liked. She did not want any email links or forms on the site, only a phone number.
What I did
- Editted her digital images
- Designed the banner logo to match her existing logo and to use her favorite colors.
- Designed the look and feel based on what she told me she liked.
- Did all of the coding for site.
- Helped the client register the domain name and set up a hosting account.
